Can't go wrong with a Motorola cell phone. I have been using Motorola cell phones since the very beginning of the cellular phone introduction.

The phone is nice, it does have a 3.5mm jack and a SD card and psim capabilities. That's all the good. The bad is that it lags and it has poor battery life. Just save your money and buy a Samsung or an iPhone. The camera takes good photos. This phone would be good for someone who doesn't like to load their phone with multiple apps.

The bill for one phone is absolutely terrible and I'm paying 3X what I paid with my old phone service, which isn't what I was initially told

Phone was very slow for 8gb, had poor battery life and no vibration feedback. Tried 2 different units, both the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi User11000, We’re sorry to hear about the performance and battery concerns you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating this must be. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems. To help improve your device’s battery life, you might try restarting your phone to refresh system resources, checking for software updates under Settings > System > Software update. For further assistance, please write us an email at supportforums@motorola.com, and we'll help you from there. -Mitch
Hi NottApplicable, Thank you for sharing your feedback. If your phone number appears to have changed, this is usually handled by your carrier. We recommend contacting AT&T directly so they can verify your account and help restore the correct number. -Mitch
Hi Crazymerritt, Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you’re experiencing with missing phone numbers. For example, let us know when the contacts disappeared, whether they were saved to the phone, SIM card, or a Google account, and if any changes were made recently, such as a reset, SIM change, or software update. Please send this information to supportforums@motorola.com, and our team will be happy to review the situation and guide you through the next steps. -Mitch
