I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. She can’t stop talking about how well it is mage and all the compartments. She loved that I had her initials on the tag.

Backpack is great! Fits a ton but doesn’t get too heavy and easy to find everything inside. I travel 75% of the time for work and this bag has been great!

Sturdy backpack

Great backpack - it holds it shape nicely. I wish it was a titch bigger, although the size forces me to pack lighter. I can fit my 15” MacBook Pro and my 12.9” iPad Pro in it easily.

Almost perfect

I’ve had this bag for 9 months and I absolutely love it. It’s stylish and functional for work and travel. My only issue with it like many others is the straps not being more adjustable. They’re pretty long and being 5’3” it sits at an awkward part on my back. I’ve gotten used to it and fussed with the straps to shorten them but I may try taking it to a tailor to actually shorten them. For a bag this expensive I wish I didn’t have to pay more for a good fit — especially since this is something that’s clearly come up in many reviews over the years. Please Tumi, make your straps more adjustable.

the best decision. i was not sure about a backpack after using a Tumi tote for my computer. this bag is so light and perfect size for commuting/travel . Love it

Zippers are a concern

I really love the color and pockets. This is my 2nd tumi purchase. The last one lasted several years but eventually had a problem with zipper. I suspect that will be the same with this bag...there's lots of tension so they pull and they seem low quality.
