I love the size for traveling and in general. It is a good size but not too big that I wouldn’t use it regularly, even when not traveling.
I wish one of the side pockets was made for a bottle of water.

Straps need improvement!

I'm 5'3" and 135 lbs. Straps were too long so ended up having to send bag back. Very disappointing :-(

Issues with material, but overall good backpack

Had it for a month and there are already scuffs from minor use. I can't seem to get them out even after trying recommended treatments.
Besides that, backpack is great.

Worth It! Take her home!

This backpack is so well designed! I bought it for frequent corporate travel, and it makes my life so much easier.
Normally, I hate the quick access phone pocket, but this one makes it easy to access my phone.
Of course the luggage strap is a must have, and saves my arms and back during longer treks or mad dashes through the airport.
The computer area holds my MacBook Air and an iPad Pro, no problem.
The pockets and zipper access make it easy to get to things while I’m on a plane or in a taxi.
I was skeptical of the water bottle pocket being a bit non-traditional- but it works perfectly and is very flexible.
I got the colorful bag, and it got a scuff while going through an x-ray machine- but a magic eraser took it off.
