It’s never fun when things don’t work the way they should. You might want to try the LEGO Builder app for the 3D version of the instructions to catch smaller details. You'll want to make sure that each part is positioned exactly as shown in the instructions and that everything is pressed together firmly (except the gears, which need a bit of space to turn). Fun Lego Build for the Whole Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun and an enjoyable build for the whole family. My family would spend an hour a day over the course of the week working on it. I love the authentic attention to details of this mini Ford replica. The components of the build were good quality and the instructions were easy enough for everyone to follow. The finish product makes a wonderful display piece. This would be a great Lego set for a vintage car fan.

This car looks great and was fun to put together. But.... it falls apart during and after build. The build quality is flawed which tells me the design is flawed. I took it apart and built it again because the parts fell off as I tried to display it and demo it to friends. Trying to put parts back on just caused other parts to fall off. Sometimes trying to secure parts better just makes matter worse for other parts. Of course this is is a broad curse for all lego builds, but especially for this one. Very disappointed in this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
