I have been an otterbox customer for years!!! This year is just horrible. I purchased 3 cases and 3 screen protectors. Within 1 month the screen protector cracked!! How you may ask? I threw my phone on my bed and it landed on my small Roku remote. CRACK. Otter box so kindly set me a replacement. Okay cool. Upon installing the replacement the top is either already cracking or falling apart. It just looks cheap and flimsy. I’m so disappointed and my phone feels so unprotected. Never felt so disappointed in a product. Especially not one that I considered to have such a good rep
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Placing was a dream, its durability in an empty pocket is not. The lower corner chipped and spalled off. For this price I should have gotten more than one days use.

Great screen protector, horrible instructions

Fits perfectly and looks great. The installation instructions, however, are worthless. It makes 0 sense. Clear as mud. The prescribed process to install is also worthless. What they tell you to do is not possible. I had to simply figure it out and then press down on the glass really hard to smooth out the air bubbles. 5 stars because it’s a great product.

The screen protector went on fine, was clear and awesome, this was on the boyfriends phone a couple days before Christmas. It’s now barely the second week of January, phone was barely dropped and today the whole screen protector shattered. I have a similar screen protector and dropped mine on concrete on top of a mountain and it cracked but nowhere near this bad, not sure if the quality went down between 2023 and now but they need to get it together cause I saw other people having similar problems. Not happy. Boyfriend is sad.
