Unfortunately, this new iPhone 17 pro case misses the mark pretty badly. The case is rough along the lines on the back where it is made to make the new camera design stand out. On the front, the increased borders and bump out is desired but is pressed so tightly that screen protectors may bubble. Edge screen protectors will not work with this product, and case friendly screen protectors caused the edge of the screen protector to damage. Lastly, the camera plateau is uncovered. The phone is scratch prone, so keep in mind although the bulk of the phone is protected, scratches/dents will appear in this uncovered area over time.
I've had Symmetry cases since iPhone XS Max and this is the first case that seems rushed and unfinished.

The thing is too slick! Even after cleaning it. It is greasy and collects fingerprints of your greasy hands.

The case is a bright beautiful color and I the glitter was very sparkly. I had to return because there is a space the case does not cover around the camera area and dust and dirt get stuck there.

I think the case is fine. I am a bit disappointed in the MagSafe magnets, they are not as strong as I would like. My MagSafe attachments are easily removed, and have actually fallen off unexpectedly.
I do like that the case has lanyard attachments, actually 2 of them, however they are very close to the phone body not leaving any room to run the lanyard cord through. I need to take the case off in order to attach a lanyard.
I do like the camera control button as it seems to work just fine with the Apple camera control button.

This case comes in a very cute pattern, but the lip on the front is flush with my screen, so I’m concerned that if I drop my phone it will crack the screen. On the back, there is a much more pronounced lip protecting the camera, but the entire section is open which might make the back of the phone more likely to break as well. Overall the quality is just not as good as previous Symmetry cases I have had.
