While I love the design of this case it’s great looking and get lots of compliments. But I dropped my phone while sitting down on a gravel path, maybe a 2ft drop, protected the phone but that short drop with the cactus “leather” on caused a small tear on the case. Super cheap material, not even remotely like leather and tough. Cheap product don’t recommend if you want it for anything else beside aesthetics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
