[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great value item from Lego. Easy to put together and store. Blocks are colorful and comfortable in hands. Light weight and directions are easy to follow. Great gift item.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 3 year old couldn’t wait to help build this snow plow truck. I appreciated that things were sectioned off into manageable sections. The instructions are easy to follow. The wheels are actual rubber and the salt coming out of the truck is such a cute idea. This toy is a hit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LEGO Spazzaneve set is fun and well-made build. The pieces feel sturdy and durable, and like most LEGO sets holds up really well over time. It's lightweight and easy to move around once built, which makes it great for play or display. The build process is smooth and not too noisy when assembling the bricks. Overall it's a great value for a small set and a nice addition for LEGO fans who enjoy winter-themed vehicles.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cool and super fun, not super hard at all and a little over 700 pieces. Works great tires roll doors open plow raises up and down, even side compartments open. So fun
One of the best I’ve seen for a city small piece in a long time there’s been two snow plows out one about 15 years ago or so in this one this one beats the old one
This build has a lot jam packed into it. A sturdy plow that can be moved up and down and left and right. A cab that tilts. The salt spreading function.
Which brings me to my complaint about this set. The salt spreader relies on friction with the rear wheel rubber to rotate the spreader.
This in turn causes the rear wheels to not roll freely.
Ever.
Even if you're not spreading salt, this truck doesn't roll.
Lego should have implemented an axle on the rear wheels with a simple mechanism of using a gear to rotate the drum instead. There's room to do it. I think I'll be making a MOC modification so that the truck can roll freely AND spread salt.
I enjoyed this build. If has some clever design features, like the wheel that allows the 'snow' to fall out the back of the truck. It does tend to bind up a bit though. This doesn't bother me because I bought this for my Lego City, so it will be more of a display piece anyway. Also, no stickers. It comes with 6 printed pieces. Fun!
