The steps were easy to read and he kept finding it so fun that you could add games and that the joy sticks actually moved. No real maintenance but it does have extra pieces if needed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This 3 in 1 Lego retro gaming console set was a total win!! My 10 year old son spent about an hour on each different set (three in total), and loved that he could take it apart and rebuild it into a new different design three different times. He was super excited about the game console since you could actually take the Lego games in and out that you build and it felt like you could control it without the need for batteries or any screen time!
Overall, it was fun, creative, and totally worth it. My son already is asking for more 3 in 1 Lego sets!

I love the whole design of the Lego set, especially because you can build it three different ways. We decided on the regular retro console. The instructions were easy to follow and even my 3 year old was having fun putting it together. I love that the console itself is interactive. We have it propped up by our gaming computer so it fits in perfectly on the desk!

Cute easy to build and fun for all ages

They had a lot of fun and we were delighted to know that we can build 3 different types of legos using the same pieces so 3X the fun. We started building the handheld game console because it looked so cool. It was done within an hour and some parts moved just like a real console would. Love that!
