I have used this for 25 years and for first time am disappointed that: 1) "Help" not as good; 2) more difficult to backup and get help doing it; 3) estimated taxes not as good; and 4) Virginia forms not as complete.

This is the second year of using this software. It had easy to follow instructions, plus imported our Charles Schwab 1099's that was easy to double check import numbers. Your competitor in previous years was a nightmare to double check. Lastly, there was no unexpected charges thrown in.

Forms didn't change after interview data change

I have been using HR Block software for tax filing for many years. This years experience was the worst. It had a few places contradicting to each others, and even after I changed my data in interview, the actual forms in the background didn't change and continued to show error.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
