I have used this software for many years. This year saving my return as a PDF file has been changed and is now difficult whereas it was previously very simple and I found the new method unexpected and annoying.

First, didn't allow to claim deduction on mini split that I had installed. Second, it lead to an IRS withdrawal both on my original tax filing and on my amended return. Waiting to get a refund on the original amount that was withdrawn. I've used HR block for taxes for probably 10 years but may experiment with something else next year.

There is a missing function of downloading stocks and options transactions from the brokerages, which is a big inconvenience for anybody, who has to deal with it.
