The software is acceptable. The user interface is really not even remotely as good as TurboTax which is what we moved from. The software did not identify an error with the home energy credit section and the IRS rejected the tax submission within minutes of being submitted.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
