Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using this software (under different names) for over 10 years. It makes doing taxes much less stressful. I worried about accuracy with two small businesses and regular income. I feel I get all the deductions possible and my businesses are taken care of.

I’ve used TurboTax for years & was forced to use a new system because they do not use Wins 10. I felt like the placement of items fleas all over the place. I opted for the Home &?Self-Employed version. I wish that all Home was kept in Home & all Business was kept in Business. It was hard to find things when needed to change things. Not sure I would use it again.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I can give the overall performance as 5 stars but there is one feature that gets only one star. I use Form 7206 for self-employed health deduction. I bought the Deluxe version because it was advertised as including this form. It was there, however it was not linked to the 1040 and therefore I could not e-file. I did find that upgrading to the next level solved the problem. However, you should not advertise that you can handle a form that does not work. This has been a problem for 3 years now, and Ii am sure you are aware of it. No reason not to fix it.
