It repeatedly highlights the same areas to review. It doesn't allow a preview of the printed documents. This in turn blocked the capability of printing missing pages.

Why should I waste my time with the survey? I have filled out two surveys already, and got no reply or satisfaction for my complaints. You clearly don't care once you have my money. Unlikely you will have it again next year.

I bought this in February 2026 and had three updates in the course of filling out the Federal portion. There were a couple glitches after the updates that I had to reenter the information. The final result was acceptable. I ultimately filed online Monday April 13 and had my refund by Friday April 17.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
