Data verification during accuracy review was frustrating. There should be an option to confirm the data is correct so it doesn’t show up on the list. For the Social Security check it would not let me proceed even though we did not claim any SS benefits in 2025

Poor Data Import and no real help offerd by HRB

Had very poor luck imoorting my tax forms from Fidelity using this product. Called Fidelity and your company for help, and each blamed the other until HRB finally told me the form was too big. Well I continued trying to import and eventually it worked, but it duplicated account information across accounts and eliminated cost basis in several trades. I manually fixed these issue and just hope I didnt miss anything.
Additional, there were 1060 trades that were imported and the s/w made me approve each and everyone. To make matters worse, after approving each trade, the program took you to the top of the list and not to the next trade that needed attention. Well when you got to the 500th trade, you had to move down 501 spots to get to the next trade approval which was incredibly time consuming.
Thinking TurboTax might be next years solution.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Ai agent was terrible.
Could not answer basic questions and even when the agent provided some suggested prompts, even those would not work and just go into a loop.
May just try an alternate software next year.
