Have used H&R software over 15 plus years to do my taxes. Have found the product easy to use and navigate. Menus, forms are easy to find and navigate through the software. What I like most about the software is it prompts driven architecture which reduces mistakes when doing your taxes.

The “AI Help” is worthless. It couldn’t answer a simple question and I couldn’t get to an actual person. Without the help resources, I’ll be looking for a different tax software next year.

Once again using your tax Home & Business software has been a horrible experience. For the 2nd or is it 3rd year in a row, we found basic mathematics mistakes and mysterious entry deletions which distorted our taxes due or refund hoped for. We filed for an extension - again.
