I've been using it for years. It's always current and updates constantly. I run a small business and have never had to pay an account. The program gives me suggestions and ways to improve. The first couple of years I did have my brother (a tax attorney) check my returns and he was surprised at how accurate. Highly recommended for almost anyone. Especially regular filers.

PIN issues at the end and total lost time!

After all the steps, the PIN that we have are 6 digits and the middle of the document uses the 6 digits but at the last step is not allowing me to put the 6 digit codes. So stupid waste of time

Terrible product. Did not allow for QBI information from PTP K-1 forms, which is a basic item for many people. The software kept telling me that I would be required to wait for a future update when this feature would become available, but it took weeks and weeks of updates until the feature was added at the last minute. Disaster.
That was my experience, and many people don't have this issue. But if a tax software could be so deficient about something as basic as this, then it's hard to have any sort of confidence that it's not equally lacking in many other areas as well.
All that said, I'm not sure I won't buy it again next year. TurboTax is a far superior product, but TurboTax requires Windows 11 OS to run, which my laptops don't currently have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
