Dissatisfied for the second year in a row.

Second year in a row I have had problems with the software. Last year I was audited. This is the last year I will use HR Block and I have been using it for over 20 years.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacks flexibility

The program is helpful. However there are some issues that still need to be resolved. First, the computer interface is poor. When I installed it, I had to changes the size of my Windows display on my computer because the graphics and information in your program were too small and the program, itself, has no way of changing the graphics size independently without changing the graphics size of all computer programs..
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
