I’ve used the last few years. At times difficult to navigate around some of the areas. I successfully used and interested in seeing improvements next year.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

same software i used for years but seemingly harder to get thru in certain areas. some of the special forms where it asked for values it won't register them and u can't get out of the loop. it leaves u not being able to correctly complete the section.
the estimated tax section is poor as well. the program has your values that u just finished entering for the previous year but asks you for the estimated values for the upcoming year without giving u last years so u have to go assemble that data yourself instead of being able to modify last years numbers. previous years estimate of payments used to be close, last year was way off. could be worse but could be better a swell. I thought it might be me until a few friends had similar issues with it as well.

I have used H & R Block tax software for years. Each new edition fits seamlessly with the prior year. It brings forward excess deductions that may be usable this time around and keeps up with my rental depreciation as well. Life gets easier at tax time.
