Verified Purchase:Yes
The Federal return was easy enough but the Arizona state sucked. The software for this program was terrible, I had to go to the state Department of Revenue to find the correct forms and had to manually calculate the credits and was unable to electronically file. What do I need you for if I have to do this myself? I have been using this software for a decade plus but it might be time for a change.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
