It was a great tool and made my work much easier. The one problem I had was trying to submit my federal and state returns online. Everything on my end was correct, but it would not connect with your system. I called your help and she was puzzled as well. I tried more than once to submit but with the same problem and each try was charged for using a credit card. However, you disregarded those extra charges with my bank, so thank you. Eventually, I was able to connect and submit my returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The program wasn’t easy to navigate if you had to go back to a previous interview topic. For that reason I’m not sure I will use it next year. Just like this survey, I have to agree to terms and conditions, but there’s no way to see the terms and conditions.
