Your app is abysmal and doesn't even hardly work. No way to edit most of it and uses a bad UI. The software is decent but too pricey most of the time.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

everything has been good. if you can impant the AI in the software so I constantly don't have to do a google search on a form. info provided on the app and by IRS is not for normal people.

Great Except City of Detroit/State Requirements

I’ve been using HRBlock for several years mainly for consistency. The program is fairly user friendly but not all info from previous years was input and had to be reentered. All IRS forms are there and it walks you through them. Easy to use self employed forms. Accuracy check is a little confusing.
