Not the most user friendly experience

I have used the H&R Block Premium 2025 tax software and I was disappointed. It was not very user friendly. The questions it asked were not worked in a user friendly way and some were a bit confusing for a non tax professional. I'm not sure I would want to use H&R Block software again. Sometimes it had me just go into the tax forms to edit them directly. That was a bit confusing and I would expect the software to handle that aspect. It should take care of creating the final tax forms and I shouldn't have to edit them directly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fedral program works well, NJ program has flaws

Federal program worked well. NJ program did not transfer all of the data from Federal. It did not transfer rental property data at all and only allowed for 3 rental properties. Not sure if NJ received a schedule E as is required.
