software snag in "other income" resulted in excessive tax due, almost doubled. AI x3, chat bot x4, finally a human to submit expedited software review - sched 1 line 8a. Software update within 12 hours, but no notification. Not even a thank you or refund of cost of product. Repair erased all valid sources of income on my return. Changes in software made on 4/4/2026. Previous return not linked by PDF as stated
