Great software. Easy to use and the interview questions walk you through the process. The audit at the end is also helpful in catching things that could bring attention through an honest error. I have been using HR Block for over a decade and a half and the results are always good with maximum refund. I have also used Turbo Tax, very similar, but I am a Block fan..ha!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

There should be a way to make the text larger. If I have to make a correction, I don't want to have to go through the entire section again before returning to where I left off. Navigation could be improved.

Overall accuracy good- format flows. Main deficiency concerns process for correcting errors that are underscored in the attempt to file at the completion stage. The process is too opaque and was frustrating too say the least.

I have used your software for many years. I think it performs quite well, but there are problems with the info//help descriptions. They don't always explain what an item is. Also in the Oregon state return review I was asked to confirm household income. Nowhere is the tern "household" income used. Under the info, please give me a line number where that amount is found. What I thought was going to happen cause me to use an income in a rounded off number. When the amount of my return didn't react as I expected, I wanted to edit the number. I could not find how to go back. The review no longer show me the item. I found a line in a form that when I blanked it out, the item returned to the accuracy review.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
