The application is not stable. The values can be changed to a different value between different w2 forms, among 1098 forms. My name was imported wrong from prior year records This is very risky for user.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Software is OK, with some annoyances. Most annoying of which — and which was the same last year — is that automatic updates of Fed and states did not work on my Mac Mini M4. I had to search for the manual update files, download them and run each separately. If I am going to use this again next year (instead of turning back to TurboTax, which I would rather not), HRBlock will have to get on the stick and fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's an excellent product but has one major shortcoming. It doesn't have the ability to download from Chase Bank, which is where my investment accounts are held. Unfortunately the information available on the web searches indicated otherwise but the actual program doesn't include Chase on the rather limited list of financial organizations it can access. Other than that it was a great program. Easy and intuitive.

Cons: Hard to import documents
