This software is not for regular users. Very difficult to understand designer's logic. It doesn't seem thinking things logically.

Great program but may have bugs you need to check

I have used your software for years, this year is the first time the past 1099s were not imported. This has cost me time and effort. I love the software and the new AI. However the AI keeps saying it is not capable of providing information on this an that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

charges too much for state return paid for software download, then per state fee, then efile fee per state. I was doing an OK state return and filing injured spouse wasn't available on the state return,

Product is poor! Lots of glitches. Kept changing and intertwining my and spouse’s information. Had to go through many times to fix information over and over again. It was very frustrating and we will not be purchasing this program again.

H&R Software is still difficult to download correctly. Failed to address my Big Beautiful Bill problem. (H&R response: Send us more money and we'll fix it for you.) I'm using TurboTax next year.
