Consistently simple and it works. One small glitch I encountered. Having passed all the tests I pressed the "FILE" tab and after a few seconds got a message that I needed to attach a file before the return could be transmitted; but there was no indication of what that attached file should contain. I just guessed at what might suffice and attached it to my return. Then the return was transmitted successfully and accepted. You might consider that when Form 5695, Energy Equipment Credit is being filled out to put the file attachment requirement there so as not to cause consternation at the very last step of the process.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I've been using H&R Block Software for 25 years. It is very user-friendly and accurate. I especially like Deduction Pro when I have itemized deductions. In the past few years I have imported documents from my financial institutions which is a massive time saver. Form 8911 - Alternative Fuel Refueling Property

I bought the premium and it is missing forms that I need in order to efile. Don't know if that's a ploy to get me to go into the office and additionally pay for something that should have been included with the program. Form 8911 - Alternative Fuel Refueling Property, and important form and is entirely missing. Turbo tax has it, why not HRB? I have to manually do the return or buy Turbo Tax in addition.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
