Sometimes I had to figure a work around when I 1099 confused the software but it was able to handle most complex tasks. I felt that the cost for e-filing the state return was excessive so I printed it out and mail it in.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

My first bad experience with HR Block. I am a long time user. The last few updates have alwways corrupted my return and I have had to start over several times. The download seems to execute and I suspect the problem is in the install after downloaded It could be your software or perhaps my MS installer. I don't knoe
