User friendly

I have always used another software for taxes with problems this year so tried H&R and found it easy to navigate and work through some difficult problems. The only thing is, I knew from the beginning we would take the standard deduction but I was made to enter everything that could be deducted before the program decided the same conclusion.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a total computer crash in January after I had installed the software. I had saved the email with the link and the access code was in a paper file. Got things up and running again in no time.

You tax software is not as intuitive as it used to be. The chatbot, A.I. help and even the young live chat agent. Could not help me. I had to develop and implement my work-around on my own.

"interview questions" did not capture all deduction scenarios. I had to refile for an amended return. It's good at replicating the prior year scenario, but not picking up changes.
