I buy your tax software because it is a consistently good product. There were a few times I had to review the additional info your program provides to understand the form questions. Overall, it was easy to complete & file. (I absolutely HATE doing income tax. It stresses me out to the max because I am on a limited income and I never know if I have to pay tax.) I did have an oops though. When ordering online, there was a window that offered $10 discount for repeat customers. It came up when I was I was pushing the button to purchase, and it was too late to get the discount. I would be so appreciative if I could get the $10 discount. Keep up the good programming. Thank you.

I am so frustrated with this program! I will not use Block, again! The program will not allow me to e- file ANY state return. I keep getting a message saying my credit card is not valid. I have tried six different cards, and I get the same message every time!

Most of the software was ok (would give 3-4 stars), but then a huge annoyance hit - no more import functionality for Merrill Lynch documents! Wasted many hours manually transcribing the necessary information from countless 1099 forms into the program. Not sure what H&R company leadership was thinking!
