I purchased the premium with 5 federal and 1 state. I efiled my federal fine but I was surprised and disapointed to learn for the state i doenlaoded the software progrsm but I had to pay to efile the 1 state. That was not explained on the packaging.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Very good but lacks easy access to supporting info

Have been using your software for 10= years. It is very good and easy to use. My complaint relates to navigating through the return / worksheets when the return ifs not completed. Until the return is finished, it seems impossible to look at a page or particular schedule (i.e. Schedule A). It is necessary to go to the backup worksheets which are not always easy to access. Also, it would be nice to see a simplified tax calculation schedule--or at least find the worksheets for the tax calculations.

Not happy. Wanted to print only the first two pages of the 1040SR. Had to print all 9 pages of it. Multiple times. HP charges me by the page. Ink ain't cheap. Seriously considering switching programs next year. Trying to print the depreciation summary was a nightmare.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rough year. BBB messed up IRS update schedule and your updates. Had to wait until end of Feb to file. Couple of quirks on farm expenses but overall fairly easy.
