Things ran well but home office initially indicated one deduction amount and then later when reviewing the Refund amount changed significantly. Also reran investment import twice and refund amount drastically reduced. Had to restart with original file before update. A few sections lacked sufficient explanation to determine proper answer. Cost for state program excessive.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed after using Tax Cut for over 10 years. Could not import 1099’s. Technical problems. Support very poor. I’m moving to Turbo Tax.
Cons: Hard to import documents
