Great software package! Overall super easy to use, except for the depreciation function on Schedule C assets. Every year you have to re-enter the depreciation rate (150% versus 200% declining balance) and the years the asset can be depreciated over. Those facts should be carried over from year to year not randomly change/default to 7yr MACRS each time you start your next year's tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H&R Block software for many years now. Last year, the error in the Iowa return software cost me over $3000. I filed an amended IA return last week. The software error is still there for this year's filing. I will probably have to switch to TurboTax to do my taxes this spring.
The error is in the calculation of line 3 of IA Sch 1. If you file an IA Sch K-1, then there is a chance that it will incorrectly calculate your Iowa tax refund/tax due.
I've trusted Block software in the past; not sure I can continue if they can't fix the IA return software soon so I can still use it this spring.
