I have used H&R Block software for many years. It facilitates the otherwise difficult figuring out the tax code. One complaint. I think I was charged for three state downloads. Could you research and correct.

I was hoping it would handle the K-1 from a trust for my daughter but it did not. The software said to contact a tax expert. I use it for my own taxes but cannot use it for my daughters taxes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m unclear what actual help comes with the product I purchased-both technical (how it works) and expert (tax /product/worksheet) wise. Also unclear what’s in the updates
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
