Turbo Tax now requires Windows 11, so I was lucky that Block worked with Windows 10. The program is in some ways better and some ways worse than Turbo Tax. Definitely more awkward to use. They have some bugs they need to work out.

The address to send the Iowa return needs to be the address on the tax form. Last year my Iowa return was returned because the post office would not deliver it.

Very disappointed compared to previous years. After starting my return using the basic program, I was offered a discount on the premium version. I was lead to believe that the state cost would be included. So I continued on only to have the entire program crash about 85% thru. I was able to finally finish, but when I completed the state return, I had to pay again to file. I will not ever again upgrade from the basic version which worked perfectly in the past years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

According to IRS, EFILE is permitted for past due returns, however, this program is saying I need to mail in my brother's return. I am very disappointed as I have paid the Georgia fee, now I have to choose another tax program and re-pay the fee. I will not be using this program again
