Terrible. It kept erasing my data on its own, for no reason. I used it for years but never agaion.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

It's alright. There are a lot of AI enabled softwares coming up these days, so it was a struggle to search around and why you would let me choose few things or why you override my selection etc.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using your software for more than 10 years now, so obviously it is a good product. Areas to improve, 1) AI help needs a lot of improvement, it is almost useless now 2) We should be able indicate on the interview screen if royalty income results from material particiapation, thus not subject to net investment income.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used your software for years, first starting with Tax Cut by Kiplinger. It is not perfect, but is functional, and i have become familiar with it. My biggest disappointment with it is that it does not allow me to download my stock investment 1099 - It runs for a very long time and then fails, giving me an error message saying there is not enough room for the file.
