Impossible to reach a human with a question

The software is relatively easy to use. I purchased the premium product and in the past, I was always able to speak to a person, whether on the phone or via chat, regarding questions that the software didn't answer. This year I was unable to do that. The built in AI tool was just a short step better than a Google search. I found this very disappointing. For this reason, I will probably use a different tool next year.

Better if you've used H&R Block before. It's a shame the area where calculations for retroactive Social Security payment calculations couldn't be done by the software, and referred you to the IRS instructions. I use the software so I DON'T have to refer to the IRS instructions. The software sometimes get hung up in the background calculations and it's very hard to make changes there. Some confusing areas that makes it helpful if you have used the software previously.
I would recommend this to a friend!
