I was very disappointed in that the software does not print the qualified dividends and capital gains tax worksheet, which is an important worksheet to arrive at tax due

I bought the program in order to prepare several returns returns for members in the household. Software imported prior returns from another software program easily. Your software is very easy to use. However I found it wasn’t calculating age correctly in part of the program and I spent about 3 hours trying to get help to efile. It needed an update to allow me to efile. I’m not sure how by March 1st of the tax filing year how many efiled incorrectly. Thank goodness I had a background in tax to make sure the return was correct before a huge payment was made to the government and an amendment had to be done in order to get our money back.

You charged me 2 times and my son 3 times in my Mastercard altogether 5 times in filing our State income tax return just because of your instruction that we can use any 5 digits number pin number but IRS requires their 6 digits pin # Other than that it’s good.
