I have been an H/R Block costumer Or many years, BUT and finallyAM CURRENTLY VERRY DISAPOINTED! My program is not working correctly. I have been charged 5 times for submitting tax returns and now had to submitting by MAIL. VERHY FRUSTRATING!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Very in-depth, but very time consuming. So many sub- routines to have to go through. In addition to buying the program, then you have to pay them again in order to file it when you’re done.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used H&R block tax software for 8 years or so. I found this years version to take more time to complete with more questions; especially my state return. I found I had more questions that I had to look up outside the software and it was far too time consuming. It seemed the main reason I buy software in the first place and do my own taxes was disappearing, and will consider taking my taxes to my tax guy next year because it took too much of my time. There should be more "explain more" or "learn more" tabs in the state program so I could clarify questions quickly and move on. Overall, a disappointing year for tax software performance, though I was able to complete a good return in the end.

Have used your product for many years - 20 maybe? Good experience. The software is always confused about the reporting that goes with K-1 s. Usually get a message about Schedule Ks being outside the scope of the software. Other than that - satisfied customer.
