not explained—why is this one? I have it on good authority

Too basic. I found mistakes in the school district tax software. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't allow uploads of required documents (ex: court appointed fiduciary) to file electronically. Terrible!

When the taxes are completed, we ought to be able to save and close, not be held at bay tell us to go back, what for???? When it's done.. IT'S DONE. You could have a better program, but I am highly disappointed in the way the it was setup this 2025 tax Year. I'm through, never again!!!!

I have been using H&R Block tax software for many years and have found that it fits my needs just fine. The way it takes me through the interview, provides explanations of parts I have questions with, and the chat feature when I need to communicate with someone have been excellent tools for me. I always read "What's New" from the software program and directly from the IRS each year and have found both to be very helpful in planning my strategies for the current and subsequent years. The State program is easy to use and e-filing is a breeze with the software. I haved tried other programs in the past and even compared them to H&R Block's program in the same years. H&R Block wins every time for me.

I used Turbo Tax for years. Then due to a bug in Turbo Tax I could not e-file my tax return. I had to print and mail my income tax return. Since then I have used H & R Block software to do my income tax.
