The software was great, but he H&R Block website automatically sets you up with the online submission. It was not intuitive, and I finally went off site to download the standalone, recognizable one. It is much easier to use.

- Too many software bugs (data not transferring or accuracy check not seeing that data transferred)
- Accuracy check does not always take you to the form, and the line item, so finding and fixing the error is an Easter Egg hunt
- Transfer of data to state forms was frequently missing information
- Some error messages were written in legalistic tax code, with no decoder ring, requiring a phone call to resolve.
- Block does not have the ability to remote in and simply fix complex issues, which is a major shortcoming.

H & R Block Premium is the best tax software on the market! I have used it for several years now. It is easy to navigate and offers advice and help throughout the entire program. Also, being able to E-file or print and mail is a plus!
