At the end, ready to e-file federal state the program would not let me because it needed to update. That update process was an Endless loop I needed to save work before the update. Left me to believe that I was risking having to do my taxes it all over again. I suggest they do a little bit more testing because I was not happy with the fear that endless loop created.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Works reasonably well, but not the most user-friendly. Explanations to questions are limited. I'm just guessing a fair amount of the time, but the Feds haven't called me so I guess it's OK. If there's a provision for handling QCDs I haven't found it. Charitable donations have a fixed limited number. And online response? Don't count on it. I keep using it because it has all my data and categories from previous years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using H & R Block for a long, long time. I like it because I can take my time and do a couple or more sections of the soft ware, take a break and come back to where I left off.
