I bought this product after many years using TurboTax which I couldn’t do any more because of it no longer being supported by Windows 10. I found H&R’s tax software to be just what I needed to do my taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I submitted a program error I found on the Arizona State Tax program last week as on Form 348 the maximum amount allowed for Qualified School Tuition Organizations was not updated from the 2024 amount to the 2025 amount. Thus, I will lose money if this does not get corrected and I have to file using this software. The limit on the program is now 1451 and it should be 1570.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty Decent

This program was basically pretty good. It missed a few things (like impossible drivers license expiration date) and didn't flag it as an error until I got to my state forms. Had to back track to correct it on the Fed form. Also, I want to be able to save a pdf in a format that I can retrieve without H&R Block software. I should be able to do that without opening the program.
