Claiming and Filing of Safe Harbor Statement
on March 2, 2026

The Safe Harbor Statement should be automatically included with the signed Federal Tax return and does not need to be seperately signed and uploaded prior to e-filing the Federal tax return. The system for claiming Safe Harbor should be seamless.without last minute intervention prior to E-filing.
