The program taxed the state refund on the federal return. I did not itemize last year so that refund is not taxable. You have never done that before. What's up with that?

I was a long term Turbo Tax user. Turbo Tax worked great. I am a retired/disable computer consultant and CANNOT APPROVE MICROSOFT WINDOWS 11 for my remaining "customers". By making their product Windows 11 only they are ignoring about half their customer base that either choose to not upgrade to W11 or cannot without purchasing expensive hardware. Rather than do my taxes manually I chose yours because it would still operate on Windows 10. Your software did the job well but was confusing enough that I couldn't give it a 5 star. I am recommending your software to all of those who ask me.

Not pleased with this years version. Followed everything just like in previous years and everything was fine. This year though program calculations were wrong and received less money for my state refund than the program calculated. Not good

Worthless software. Very poor explanations (IRS instructions are better). Hard to navigate back to earlier steps. Printing for mailing has trouble with duplex printers. I needed form 8606, I had to wait for two weeks for a software update to include it.
