Used the software for two years. Now on the third year and there is a bug in their system that doesn’t allow efile. Spent over 8 hours trying to resolve the issue and contacted support that is absolutely useless. The support agents don’t know how their own software functions and they don’t read the messages you send. Not returning to this software in the future.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked well. 1099 Int form. Account number. Federal ID or the company ID number? Would not transfer information from last to present program. Filing taxes and paying taxes. Not sure how choices would follow whether to file on line, pay on line. Final check before filing. Can't tell what was wrong or missing. The program should take you directly to where the issue or mistake is and explain what is needed. You end up guessing and trying answers until the program is satisfied.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The only problem I had with the software was it generated a form 8606 for an IRA THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN TAXABLE. AI told me to delete the form if I was sure it was taxable income. As a retired Enrolled Agent and a former Bloch preparer I wonder how many people doing your program even know what an 8606 form is. Most would have taken the big refund and create an IRS NIGHTMARE FOR

If doing taxes yourself, a program is must have. I wish there was a way for the program to ask a few key questions and eliminate having to read through so many screens that don't apply
