Have used H&R software for many years since I found error in a major competitors software. While I find some parts less clear than others the software gets you to the right place. Each year it seems I have to call once to clarify instructions that don't work.. Have always had good people with helpful answers. It ain't perfect but it is better than good enough!! Be very careful of TurboTax; they have lots of problems and very unhelpful people on their phones.
