Even though I used to work as a trained tax preparer for Block, this program can be very confusing at times. I also HATE the way the program prints my return. It is VERY DIFFICULT to read. Even when I choose "Print and Mail" my return, it does NOT print the forms correctly.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I THOUGHT I WAS DOING MYSELF A FAVOR BUYING THIS LOAD OF CRAP . ALL OF A SUDDEN THE IRS IS NOT ABLE TO PROCESS RETURNS WITH VEHICLE WORKSHEET ATTACHED TO IT ? THAT IS SO NOT TRUE AND I KNOW IT ! SAYS I CAN TRY AFTER THEY UPDATE ON THE 27TH --WHY WAIT TIL THEN TO UPDATE ? THIS IS STRAIGHT UP BS , I APOLOGIZE BUT I AM SO ANGRY !!

Could still be better

I found much of the interview process straightforward. I struggled with areas that i was most unfamiliar with and the software basically said "fill in an amount" just where I needed the most help in figuring it out. I reached a few new milestones - RMD, for example. No help within the program - just go read the IRS documents.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used your product for years but this year, it will not properly include my child tax credit.
I have ran my information in several other programs, including TurboTax, and they include it correctly and get me a significantly larger refund in both Federal and Colorado state taxes!

I filed and then received another tax document the next day. It took me three times longer to file amended federal and state returns than it did to do the filing. Doing the amended returns is NOT intuitive, and directions and new forms made no sense and looped back to what I had already done and wouldn’t let me send the amended federal return until suddenly it did, and the state amended return still will not send.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
