Easy to use. Cheaper than Turbo Tax. I have used H&R Block tax software for over 20 years. Great product. I have never had a question from IRS or state on my returns.

There were two glitches in the software. One was that I had $0 in foreign investments and they wanted me to tell what countries I had the investments in. The other was it didn't know my State tax info for how much tax I'd paid last year even though I did my state taxes with their software and it imported everything else.

Cons: Hard to prepare

Great product but needs to be more flexibility between the interview process and forms. It seems like it is one or the other. Other issues such is financial institution input - if you do it a second time to get a later tax form, it doubles up on everything else.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
